You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access the Program. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in our readings or courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully. 1. No Refunds. All payments are final. Readings, enrollment fees and course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of completion status, access, or satisfaction. 2. Educational & Informational Purposes Only Content provided in this reading or school—including but not limited to videos, lessons, discussions, and materials—is for educational and spiritual growth purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Participation is voluntary, and you agree to use your own judgment before applying any information. Always consult a licensed professional for health or legal concerns. 3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that your participation is at your own free will and sole risk. The Company is not responsible for any outcomes, experiences, or consequences resulting from course participation, including physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual effects. 4. Intellectual Property All course materials—including but not limited to videos, written content, graphics, and recordings—are the intellectual property of Alexserves and Alexandra Torres. You may not download, reproduce, share, distribute, or modify the materials without express written permission. Enrollment grants you personal, limited, non-transferable access only. 5. Technology & Access We are not liable for interruptions, technical failures, or loss of access due to third-party platforms, internet issues, or device compatibility. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alexandra Torres, Alexserves, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses related to your participation. 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration in California. You waive court, jury trial, and all class or collective action rights; disputes must be brought individually. 9. Updates We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
